    Yes, the required pass mark for the course is 80%

  • Can I retake the final assessment if unsuccessful?

    Yes, you are allowed 3 attempts.

  • How long is the certificate Valid for?

    The certificate is valid for 2 years, you will need to take a recertification course to keep your certificate up to date.
